The wife of Sen. George Sekibo, representing Rivers East District in the National Assembly, has been kidnapped in Port Harcourt.
Sekibo’s wife, Mrs Asime George-Sekibo, was kidnapped along East-West road while returning from the University of Port Harcourt.
Mrs George-Sekibo was driving a Hummer Jeep along the road when she was ambushed by her abductors on Thursday.
It was also gathered that the hoodlums whisked her off with three other women and a child who were in her company.

"Her jeep was abandoned on the road while the kidnappers took them away in their own vehicle, ’’ a source at the crime scene said on FRIDAY.
Mr Ben Ugwuegbulam, Rivers state Police command spokesman, confirmed the abduction but decline to provide details.
"All the details of the incident are not yet know sha. I am waiting for it. I will furnish you with the details later.”
