TIPS ON HOW TO REDUCE POT BELLY

Dear readers,this special write up is for guys that think having pot belly is sexy and for ladies that insist on wearing tight clothes on their enlarged tummies.it's not nice at all.so please learn and work out and wear appropriate clothes.

First off i'm going to let y'all know what pot belly is cos i'm sure some folks don't know what it is.
Most people grow pot bellies without even noticing it.

Pot bellies are mostly caused by the accumulation of fat around the abdominal regional.
Pot bellies are essentially caused by poor feeding habits.It happens gradually.

If you already have accumulated fat around your tommy or want to prevent then you must follow some basic guidelines.

Lean proteins have been identified as essential to burning up the fat around the abdomen.They help to keep the body's blood sugar level stable by making you feel fuller,boosting the energy and helping to burn more belly fat.Some examples of lean protein include lean meat,egg,low dairy products,beans and fruits.High-fibre or watery foods are the best carbohydrates one can have.The body processes them easily and they provide all the nutrients onr needs to lose fat.It is also advisable to eat whole-grain bread instead of white bread.The same goes for pasta, cereal,and other baked foods.The grilled/baked meat is preferred to fried meat.Soft drinks contain low-quality calories and should be avoided.

The basic guidelines to preventing/getting rid of pot bellies.

Try to have dinner at least 2hrs before going to bed.

Try to exercise regulary (walk as much as you can), and taking steam baths could help too.

Minimise fatty foods intake,especially fries.

Drink about 10 glasses of water everyday.

Add plenty of vegetables,fruits and whole grains to your diet.

Reduce your consumption of acholic drinks,especially beers.*winks and smiles*

Develop a proper posture.Stand erect, sit straight and avoid slouching.

Avoid high consumption of carbohydrates at dinner time, because at this period the human body is at rest and less active.

Eat frequently but in moderation- so in essence eat several small, balanced meals and snacks per day.
